Avocado Lime Popsicles

No doubt, smoothies, smoothie bowls, nice-creams (healthy ice creams) and chia puddings are on trend and everyone talks about them. It's the same principle over and over again, you take a bunch of fruit or veggies, nut milk, natural sweeteners and nut butter and blend it all up. Depending on the consistency you serve it in different ways. Don’t get me wrong, I love this trend! It results in super nutrient packed snacks in various colors. There are literally no limits! So why not pour your smoothie into a popsicle mold as summer approaches? 


2 ripe avocados

juice of 2 limes

2 tbsp honey

6 tbsp granola

coconut shreds

blend all ingredients (except granola) until smooth (use a blender, food processor or hand mixer)

Pour the mixture into 6 ice pop molds

Freeze for 4h or overnight

Sprinkle with some coconut shreds
