Mango Coconut Ice Cream

I love the simplicity of this recipe. No additives and only 4 ingredients. 

If you don’t have a powerful food processor or blender use fresh fruit, smash it up with a fork, mix it with the rest of ingredients and freeze it, stirring every now and then.

1 cup frozen mango

1 frozen banana

juice of 1/2 lime

2 tbsp coconut cream  (the solid parts of coconut milk)

place everything in a high speed blender and process until smooth
